Aerospace systems and product development processes continue to get ever more complex, requiring experts and specialists to get the work done. This complexity results in longer development times, higher costs, wasted effort and unhappy workers. What makes workers happy? Easy. Getting stuff done! The author will present methods on how to get more work done with fewer people, and less time. These methods include Rapid Learning Cycles, visual work boards, and Scrum principals and processes.
